Our service includes connecting and configuring your soundbar for use in a single room, attaching cables from your audio or video sources, connecting to Wi-Fi and updating firmware, ensuring cables are neatly organized, and performing a system test run. We also demonstrate how to use your new setup and clean up the installation area afterwards.

We work with a variety of brands including both new and existing soundbars, though specific brand compatibility details can be provided upon request.

Yes, we can help you mounting the soundbar to a TV or wall  in this service with little extra fee.

Our service does not include cutting access holes, concealing wires, or working in permit-required confined spaces like crawl spaces.

Can I return the service if I'm not satisfied? 

Once installation services are completed, service returns cannot be accepted. We will do everything we can to earn your satisfaction. Please ensure all your requirements are discussed before installation commences.

When booking our service, we ask you to create a 6-digit code of your choice. This code will be used to verify the identities of both you and our technician, ensuring a secure and scam-free interaction. During the service booking process, our system will prompt you to enter this memorable code. Please have it ready for verification at the time of service to confirm the identities of both parties involved.

When you book our services online, we will place a temporary hold on your card for the quoted amount. This hold ensures that the funds are available once the service is completed. After the service is performed, you have the flexibility to change your payment method, with the following options available:

  • On-Site Service: You can choose to pay with cash or continue using the original payment method used during booking. Please note, we do not accept cash payments for remote services.
  • Remote Service: Payments must be completed using Zelle or the original payment method used during booking.

Please be aware that we do not accept checks from new clients. Only clients with a 424Trust account are eligible to use net 30 payment terms or pay by check.
